The Welch Allyn Braun ThermoScan PRO 6000 ear thermometer  has the speed and simplicity you need to capture accurate and reliable temperature readings. The Braun PRO 6000 has  innovative PerfecTemp technology, which overcomes the potential for low readings.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The most common causes of failure with your Thermoscan is the use of heavy duty batteries or a soiled lens window.  You can do the following troubleshooting before sending your unit in to us.

  1. Check that you are using good quality alkaline batteries
  2. Clean the lens window with an alcohol swab as per the user manual
