USL Skin Tear Kit

The USL Skin Tear Kit is designed to help simplify and standardise treatment of all categories of skin tears. The kit provides consolidation of dressing choices to improve wound outcomes, which in turns saves nursing time.

With clear instructions and product details on the kit, management of skin tears in your facility becomes much more easier. The kit comes with; one wound dressing solution/s for each category of skin tear, with reorder details to ensure dressings are replaced after they have been used.

The kit includes Atrauman Silicone, USL Non-Adherent Pad, Biatain Silicone and USL Crepe Bandages.
